Today we slept in a little bit, but I think with all of these early mornings, I am not sleeping in as late as I used to. We all got up around 10:20 and had some rolls for breakfast. Then we got ready to go to the beach! After Ann-Ca and I headed down to the city to get out some money and buy a duner! That was one of the things she said I had to try and it was SO delicious! It was kind of similar to kebab, but I think I may have even liked it better! Then we met up with Andre, picked up Lucas and his girlfriend, and headed to the beach! We laid out for a while, talked, read, swam, and went on this big floating slide out in the ocean. That was kind of crazy though because there were so many people out there, and so it was hard to get up and people were sliding and falling off. It finally cleared so we went down, and got a whole lot of water up my nose! After a few hours, we headed home to get ready for the night. Ann-ca and I wanted to take some pictures and go out to dinner, so we spent some time cleaning up, and then went out for a little photo shoot. She had this thing that was like a tripod but then its legs curled so you could basically attach it to anything, which was great! Then we walked to a real Bavarian restaurant! I wanted to try their authentic food, so we both got two white sausages, a soft pretzel, potatoes, bread with a homemade cream cheese, and a raspberry lemonade beer. Her father and his girlfriend came and joined us while we were just waiting for everything to come. It was nice to get to see them, and we got to talk a little bit, but once again it was really hard since I obviously don’t know German. After dinner, we went home and Ann-ca and I had some dessert, her some ice cream, me some Oreo Milka chocolate: so good!! We got to talk some more and then hang out with Andre for a little. Then we got to go to his house, which I was really happy about because that was her house growing up, so I got to see her old room, pictures, and special memories. By the end though we were all really exhausted, so we headed home and fell asleep shortly after.
